Seedream 5.5 logo concepts: from brief to a usable mark

Use image generation to explore a visual direction, then finish a clear, original mark. This workflow does not promise vector output or trademark eligibility.

Write a brand brief that describes your own product

Name the audience, the product’s purpose and the feeling the mark should convey. Pick one recognisable idea, such as a curved peel forming a spark or a compact fruit silhouette with an unusual cut. Define where it must work: navigation, browser tab, profile image or product packaging.

Collect references for broad properties such as rounded geometry, restrained colour and flat shapes. Do not ask the model to reproduce another business’s emblem. Distinctive brand details should come from your own product and sketches.

Use a prompt with constraints you can inspect

Try this original concept brief: “Design a flat symbol for an independent creative tool. One curved banana peel forms a small upward spark. Two simple colours, bold continuous silhouette, generous negative space, centred on a plain light background. No letters, gradients, shadows or existing brand marks.”

Generate the symbol separately from a wordmark so you can typeset the product name in a licensed font later. A request for a flat symbol is a visual instruction; it does not cause a raster image model to return an editable SVG.

Develop alternatives by changing one idea

Keep the same brief and explore the silhouette, then the negative space, then the accent shape. Compare a peel-as-spark concept with a single-fruit concept before adding detail. Label the options by what changed, so feedback can be specific.

Avoid judging only large mockups. Place each candidate in a square crop, beside the actual product name and on both light and dark backgrounds. Eliminate concepts that depend on tiny highlights or a complex background to be recognisable.

Review at icon size and redraw the accepted design

Check the candidate at 16, 32 and 64 pixels as well as a larger header size. Inspect whether the outline closes cleanly, internal spaces stay open and the symbol remains distinct in one colour. Test on real screens instead of assuming a large generated preview will scale well.

Rebuild the selected mark in an editable drawing tool when accurate curves and multiple sizes are required. Adjust geometry by hand and keep a source file. Automatic tracing can preserve unwanted bumps, so review the vector rather than accepting it without inspection.

Prepare an export pack with a clear source

Keep the original design file, a reviewed SVG when you have created one, transparent PNG exports and a favicon set. Test transparency on a coloured background. Check that the header, browser icon and social preview use the same accepted mark.

Record the prompt, references and finishing changes. Review input permissions and applicable provider terms before commercial release. Original concept development does not guarantee that a mark is legally available or registrable; a formal brand launch may need a separate clearance review.

はじめる前のよくある質問

Will the image model return a real vector logo?

Do not assume that. Check the endpoint’s output format. A flat-looking PNG is still a raster image; create and review an editable vector when the project needs one.

How can I make a logo work as a favicon?

Start with a simple silhouette, review it at 16 and 32 pixels and remove small details that disappear. Export and inspect the actual favicon file.

Does an original AI concept guarantee trademark registration?

No. This page is a design workflow, not a legal clearance or registration assessment. Review the finished mark and its intended market separately.
